Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were welcoming and peaceful, but lacked some amenities like multiple trash cans and lotion. The service was a mix of dismissive behavior during check-in but redeemed by exceptional service from Vincent. The location was comforting and warm but quite far from where I needed to be. Dining options were disappointing with overpriced and unsatisfactory meals. Overall, a decent stay but with room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were superbly clean but could have been a bit nicer. They looked smaller than expected, but having two queen beds and a view of the pool was a plus. The service was a bit hit or miss - very friendly and welcoming at times, but then they barged in without knocking while I was resting. The staff was accommodating when I requested a room change, but overall, they didn't seem to fully grasp the importance of customer service. The location was fairly good, close to where I needed to be for work, but there wasn't much to do around the area. On the upside, being close to the airport and having a pleasant Denny's nearby were unexpected benefits. Dining was a real let down, with burnt ground beef and overdone scrambled eggs, despite paying in advance. Despite these drawbacks, the facilities were decent, with no major complaints.
I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and I appreciated the nice soap and shampoo provided. However, there were some service issues that made me question their understanding of customer service. The location was not ideal, being far from the areas I needed to visit, although it was close to the airport. The dining options were overpriced, but the facilities were adequate.
